Lawyer specialized in health law, medicines regulation, pharmacovigilance, and international trade, holding a Master’s degree in International Trade and Intellectual Property, as well as specializations in Pharmaceutical Marketing and Management and Notarial and Registry Law. He has over fourteen years of experience working at the intersection of regulatory policy, patient safety, and pharmaceutical systems strengthening in Latin America.

He currently serves as Director of Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance at FIFARMA, where he has led regional initiatives to strengthen regulatory systems and promote good regulatory practices. Previously, he served as Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance Manager at FEDEFARMA and has eight years of prior experience in regional regulatory affairs and pharmacovigilance consulting, working closely with medicines regulatory authorities, the pharmaceutical industry, and international organizations across Latin America.
