-Cancellation Rights and Refunds

Tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded once purchased, except as specified in these terms or by the Event Organizer’s policy.

-Event Registration
When you register and purchase a ticket, your account information from Eventscase will be transferred to Falcon Fenix’s database. Updates to your Eventscase profile (e.g., name changes or additional information) will be synchronized with the attendee list.

-Cancellation, Change, or Postponement of ISoP Global Meeting 2026
Decisions regarding cancellation, changes, or postponement are made solely by the the International Society of Pharmacovigilance and Falcon Fenix.

-Registration Cancellation Policy:

1. A 25% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made until July 1^st, 2026. Only written cancellations will be accepted.
   Please send your notification in writing (by email) to FalconFenix at secretariat@isop2026costarica.org 
2. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after July 2^nd, 2025. However, you may request a name change for a fee of USD 75. If the new participant falls under a higher ticket category, the price difference must be paid. No refunds will be given for lower-priced categories.
3. Please note that registration fees are non-refundable if your visa application is denied, unless the cancellation falls within the period specified in point 1.
4. Generally many nationalities qualify for a visa on arrival or an e-Visa, however, it is advisable to check your visa requirements and  proceed in the needed Visa arrangements as soon as possible.
5. The membership fee (included in the non-member registration) is non-refundable.
6. All refunds will be processed within 60 days after the conclusion of the conference.
7. All refunds are subject to bank and transfer charges.

-Cancellation Process:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to secretariat@isop2026costarica.org.

Cancellations cannot be made online or via phone.

-Insurance
Registration fees do not include participant insurance against accidents, illness, cancellation, theft, property damage, or loss. Participants are advised to arrange adequate personal insurance.

The International Society of Pharmacovigilance and Falcon Fenix are not liable for costs incurred for travel, accommodation, related goods or services, or other expenses. If the event is rescheduled or changed, Falcon Fenix will allow you to retain, exchange, or refund your tickets for the new date. Booking and transaction fees are non-refundable.
